Family Lawyer Mark Borden

Mark was a Partner with Borden & Goddard LLP which was established in 2003 and has now moved on to create his own new firm Mark Borden & Associates. Mark graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1998 and shortly after he became a member of the State Bar of California. Mark remains as a member of the State Bar of California. Mark thereafter obtained a Certificate of Qualification earning this certificate at the University of Toronto School of Law at the Law Society of Upper Canada which has provided Mark with both a Law Degree from the United States and Canada.

Family Law and Child Protection matters

Mark has practiced almost exclusively in Family Law matters since 2001 and has limited his current practice to the resolution of Family Law and Child Protection matters with the remainder of his practice focusing on the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney and the administration of Estates.

Mark has experience in all areas of Family Law and frequently appears before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice.

Mark maintains an active lifestyle participating in hockey, tennis, baseball and skiing and spending time with his family and friends.
